Payment for Regular shipping fees
Important Information:
I choose to receive my medal via regular shipment and I am fully aware of the following:
(1) Medals will be shipped via regular shipment (with no tracking number).
(2) Medals will be shipped out between end of February to end of March 2024.
(3) Shipment may take about 2 to 8 weeks arrive depending upon the efficiency of the post office of Canada and your country
(4) Once the medals are sent, it is out of the hands of Grand Maestro International Music Competition. Grand Maestro cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
(5) If you are planning to move - please do not provide us with your old address. Rather, write to us, and let us know about your plan to move. And we can delay shipping your medal until you move to your new address. We are unable to recover items that have been sent to your old address. And we are not able to send you another medal / prizes should they have been sent to your old address.
(6) Items are shipped to the address exactly as you provided to us on the medal application form. Incomplete address or wrong address will lead to the lost of your medal / awards. NAVI will not be responsible for lost of items in shipment due to incorrect or incomplete or incorrect address provided.
(7) Please do not provide us with P.O. Box address. We only send to physical addresses.
(8) If you need combined shipment of medals (more than 8), please directly write to us at this email address: [email protected]
(9) If you prefer to use courier shipment with tracking number (to ensure that your package will arrive safely and guaranteed), then you can choose Courier Service with tracking number.

For Courier Service with tracking shipment, please choose Courier service with tracking on your medal and certificate application form. And we will send you a payment link (with the price estimate for approval) when we are ready to ship your medal to you. end of
